 For the final paper you will individually be drafting a project charter for the project you selected during the residency weekend. The project charter must include elements from the texts. What elements are included are entirely up to each individual. The project charter should be inclusive and provide an overview of the project as well as setting expectations for all participants and stakeholders.

The project charter should be more than 4 pages and less than 5 pages. A cover page should be included but this is not included in the page count. Clearly label each section. The formatting of this document is completely at the discretion of the drafter (you). The formatting requirements of the syllabus do not apply. This will be completely your own creation and should appear as you wish it to appear.

A sixth page should be included which contains a signature page for all the vested stakeholders to sign. This does not have to be actual names but should be a listing of groups, agencies, organizations, departments, etc that would need to sign the project charter upon its completion.

This paper is a drafting of a project charter so no outside sources need to be referenced or cited. This should be a good representation of a project charter that would be drafted for an actual project.
