Proformance Management

Faculty assigns to each student a paper or a presentation: Write at least a full 4-page APA formatted narrative paper (Cover Page and Reference Page are additional pages) with at least 3 in-text citations from the text, Analyzes the Performance Management System used in your current or former organization. Was or is the Performance Management System effective (doing the right think) and was or is the Performance Management System efficient (doing it well)? Explain your rationale. Recommend improvements in the Performance Management System. Is your recommendation consistent with your employer's organizational goals/ why or why not? Include a Thesis and Purpose in the first paragraph of the narrative paper or at the start of the oral presentation, and a Final Conclusion and Summary in the last paragraph of the narrative paper or at the end of the oral presentation.  Remember to apply the material represented by the in-text citations to the subject of the assignment. APA paper must be submitted to Turn-It-In for plagiarism and the result must be posted at the same time the paper is submitted for a grade
