Problem Analysis

I have attached the project requirement. My topic that i have chosen is about ASE certification. that you need a licence to work as mechanic in the united states. the problems are that the test is on paper, Mechanics shops need a certified mechanic not because of the experience but because of the insurance, and to be certified you need to take a test and have 2 years experience.
