Power Point Proposal

In as many slides as you see fit and using the two attached files. Create a proposal in PowerPoint to some "company executives" showing how you would motivate employes (using assignment #1), what risks are involved, and how to mitigate those risks (using assignment #3) and what the cost/benefit would be of these changes to the company. 

 You need to cite your sources using APA format.
