The Guide here is just that.  It is a guide to assimilate information from different sources.  You can review the language used in each law for a more detailed understanding of Florida's ethics laws.*The “Sunshine Amendment” is Article II, Section 8, of the Florida Constitution. The Code of Ethics for Public Officers and Employees is contained in Part III of Chapter 112, Florida Statutes.
