Instruc(ons: Resource Analysis and Monitoring Plan Part 2 Your final assignment for Module 4 will focus on the specific data collected during your interview. As you analyze your data and still have questions about the procedure, feel free to explore further or ask other individuals for their insights into the procedure. It is important to note, that while there is one system procedure that will be the focus of the interview, it is likely that other systems will factor into the responses. Each school system's practice, policy, or procedure is connected to one or more other systems in some way. This assignment will demonstrate the powerful concept of “systems thinking.” Throughout your interview, you should take note of the connectedness of these systems and include references to those connections in your final summary
You will summarize responses and assess the efficacy of the practices described in the interview based on your judgment. Your summary should specifically address our overarching question: How does the management of school operations and resources promote the success and well-being of each student and adult in the school community? Your analysis and summary will include your recommendations for changes to the system that will improve equity and the overall well-being of students, staff, and the community. Your final submission should be presented using APA format, be no more than 4-5 pages in length, and include authoritative support as needed. Cover page and references should be included in addition to the 4–5-page summary.
