Phenomenological Design

Using your identified phenomena from Discussion 2 (The lived experiences that the management executives use to face foreclosures and how the relationship between the managers and their friends, families, and partners are. , create a qualitative research scenario using the phenomenology approach. Additional information related to Phenomenological methods is found in Module 3 and not this module. Identify the following:

1. Restate your general phenomena
2. Research question: Be mindful that your overall question must be related to the "lived experiences" of your participants. Identify a minimum of four "sub-areas" (not specific questions) of inquiry underlining your primary question.
3. Sample: Include minimum number, and homogeneous features (what type of environment/work/organization/function/experience - what would these participants share in common).
4. Data collection method: how long for each interview, minimum number of rounds, and potential method of conducting the interviews.
