Please complete days 7/7-7/9-7/10 each day needs to have 8 patients. An encounter with each patient consists of 1 hr in the Adult health clinic setting as an FNP. Complete all details included in SOAP. Make sure to select add another session to complete all 8 entries, once all 8 are done for that day you save.
Day 7/7 ***Draft*** has a few completed SOAP so you can see how it needs to be. I attached the instructions step by step to create a patient encounter.
