2. It will show you your “confirmed places”, click on the site that you are doing your clinicals:

3. Go to “schedule” and add day to schedule

4. Once generated the schedule day, click on the right side of the day, that shows “action”:

5. It will show another page, it is your “Log Book”, where you can see your time sheet, and the session # 1 ( it means the first patient on this day):

6. When you complete the session # 1, at the end of the page, you will have the possibility, among them to save it, submit it, and add another session (which would be for your next patient).

7. You must generate as many sessions as patients seen on the clinical day.

8. When you have finished entering all your patients (sessions), go to the top of the page, where it says "leave logbook", and you will return to your home page:

9. from your home page, go to where it says "shared documents", and search for "clinical log" and download this document:

10.It will show you your saved and submitted clinical log:

10. You may download this document daily or weekly for your preceptor signature. This document will show you the required hours for clinical rotation, and daily or weekly hours achieved. If the document shows 8 hours in one day, it may also have 8 sessions ( or patient’s encounter) for the same day.

11. You may upload the clinical log signed by your preceptor, weekly at Canvas, but you have the possibility to download it daily or weekly from InPlace.
