paper revision and power point

I need a paper revision and a power point done on the paper also. The directions are as follows:

is project entails development of a case, based in your own work environment that relates to a topic discussed in this course. If you are not currently employed, you can use an example from a previous employer or a common problem you see in today’s organizations through the news and/or research. The final paper should be between 6-8 pages, not including title page and references. 3 reference are required. If you are using your current organization and plan to interview staff members in order to better understand the problem, you can count them as one source. (If you have more than 1 interview, it will still only count as one reference).

• You will identify/diagnose a problem from your work environment and apply research to identify potential solutions. Your final paper will include an overview/background of the organization in relation to the problem; identification and discussion or causes of the problem, and a description of warranted actions that you would recommend based on the research.

THE Power Point: Prepare a PowerPoint presentation based on the Strategy Paper. Presentation should be 10-15 slides including title page and reference slide 

The paper is due on Tomorrow by 11 pm  and the PowerPoint is due by Sunday .
