paper revision

I have a  ( Policy Maker Letter ) and I need a revision and edit some. My paper right now is about 2 pages long only I will provide you with my professor's comment's and the paper once we agree on a price. 

my professor suggestions:

 You have many good ideas but, need to focus on your "argument". I am not sure what this is right now – support exclusive breastfeeding until 6 months but, your title refers to complementary feedings? How do you want the senator to support this argument – be specific i.e. extended maternity leave? Then provide support for how countries that have paid maternity leave have higher breastfeeding rates. There are too many new ideas i.e. rates of obesity among Hispanics which need to be better aligned with your main argument. I would focus this – one argument with support and remove some of the tangents.  Make sure each paragraph leads into the next – the letter needs to flow better.
