paper on public art work

I need to write a paper on public art work. 1200 words and the art work I have chosen is in  New York and its situated at HIGHLINE and the art work is by  Dorothy Lannone – I lift my lamp beside the Golden Door. I have attached additional research which I did. the paper basically has to be all about the art work.
