Paper 2500 words Meeting and Event Planning

By combining the principles you have learned in all chapters of "Global Meetings and Exhibitions,” please write a 5-8 page APA formatted paper showing how you will plan an International Conference for 500 people from invitation to post conference.  Additionally, include a marketing plan for this conference indicating how you would properly market the conference in either: 

1) A high-context culture

     -or-

2) A low-context culture

(see figure 7-2 in your text p. 82).

You will need to choose a country in which you will be hosting the conference and the event objectives. All of these details must be clearly stated in paragraph 1 of your paper. Note: You may not use the United States as a host country.

For the remainder of the essay, explain in detail, how you plan to successfully execute the conference, and elaborate on your logic behind your reasoning for each step of the process. Use your text as a resource. In addition, cite three (3) additional peer-reviewed sources that support your essay.
