Here is the one I chose from week one

Hello Everyone

I believe that the two important thinking strategies are using the wasted time and getting in touch with the emotions are the two strategies that would work for me. I have made the following selections because the using the wasted time bring up new opportunities with ample of time to view the different directions of the perspective. A careful analysis of fact during thinking process helps to make best choices. Second strategy that is important to me would be getting in touch with my emotions. Emotions provide a supporting role to our thinking process by defining the direction of fear or achievement. If one is fully aware of his emotion he is able to handle the situation is more organized way. Moreover resolving internal conflicts that are causing hindrance can be a successful achievement for the thinking process to come to a conclusion. Implementation of using the wasted time can be opted by focus on the problem rather than getting distracted. Getting to know your emotions would be achieved by connecting to the basic emotions and the schema's behind those emotions to understand the under core thought process.
