My claims:1. Parents will be held responsible for crimes they did not commit. If their child is a juvenile delinquent, they are not old enough to be entirely responsible for their acts.

 2. Parents have failed to raise their child with good morals. Children look up to their parents, and are very influential to their kids. 

3.When children are not raised properly, they develop mental illness causing them to act the way they do. If not caught early, many problems will occur after.Sources: to back up my claims
