The Research Experience requires you to address the real-world scenario presented below and complete the “Research_Experience_4.docx” file. Save the “Research_Experience_4.docx” file to your desktop using the following file name format: Your_Name_Wk8.docx

Please make sure to save it with your name! Fill in the appropriate information (see below) and upload to the thread.

The scenario: “Your company is considering a new employee benefit and the general manager has asked you for assistance. The company is interested in exploring a program that will allow employees to take a payroll deduction that will be donated to an approved charity. The company will match the donation dollar-for-dollar. The CEO is concerned, however, that not all charities are created equally and wants the charities chosen to use the majority of the money to help the cause.”

Research Experience #4 requires you to find an acceptable charity that benefits a good cause, has a strong reputation in the community, and that uses the majority of the money donated to benefit the charity. Collect the required information in the provided file to give to your general manager.

In order to receive credit for completing this task you must:

• Research a charity that meets your manager’s needs and provide required information
• Complete the Research_Experience_4.docx file and rename it
• Upload your completed file (named Your_Name_Wk8.docx) to the thread

This is a pass/fail assignment. All elements must be completed (simulating the workplace where incomplete work is unacceptable) for credit. You cannot receive partial credit.
