Q.  After viewing the TedTalk Video: The Psychology of Culture (Attached Below)

Describe some of the factors one must consider when conducting business across borders:

Think about collectivist societies, high-context communication style, etc. 

Provide an example of how you have had to adjust to different cultural styles in the workplace whether locally or abroad. If not working, think of how this may impact how you engage with individuals from other cultures.  Specifically, discuss why taking certain initiatives is important from a business standpoint.

Think about why it may be hard for someone coming from a collectivist society to start up a business in a country like the US that tends to be an individualist culture.
