Organizational Change: Part 2

The purpose of this assignment is to conduct research on an organizational change that could be implemented to increase the selected company's competitive advantage.

Continue researching the company. Use the previous research sources and new research that may be needed to determine potential areas for organizational change and address questions related to planning and managing change within the company. In your research, accomplish the following to include a required mix of six sources, at a minimum:

• Incorporate a minimum of three previous sources (from Part 1) in the completion of Part 2.
• Using the "Business Databases" resource, (https://www.census.gov/data.html) for additional research support, and include two or three new sources in your references list.
• Use at least one source from the Wall Street Journal.
• Apply in-text citations in the "MGT-325: Organizational Change Research: Part 2" worksheet to support all claims.

You will then use this additional research to determine potential areas for organizational change and address questions related to planning and managing change within the company on the "MGT-325: Organizational Change Research: Part 2" worksheet. APA style is required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines.
