Organisational Behaviour - Contemporary theories of motivation

I need help in writing an essay of contemporary theories of motivatios. It requires a deeper understanding of the theory, meaning that if you connect 2 theory (Eg:goal setting theory and expectancy theory) to address an issue. You are only able to use 5 types of motivation: self determination theory, goal setting theory, self efficacy theory, equity theory and expectancy theory. Must provide with examples.
