Operations management of a business

The mid-term exam will be directed at testing your knowledge of materials covered in the first half of the course (Operations Management). The assignment will consist of written essay of approximately 6-8 pages in Word format. It should describe an operations management of a business of student’s choice. Key concepts and tools of operations management needs to be covered in essay: operations strategy, production typology, supply chain management, production process mapping, implementation of lean principals (7 wastes and 5S).

It should have cover page with student’s name and theme of the essay, all pages should be numbered, with bibliography page at the end.
