Proposal Assignment for Brilliant Answers

For this assignment, you are to write a solicited external proposal.  The first step in this process is to do a little research within your own chosen field; what sort of proposals are generally written in your field?  Who issues CFPs or RFPs?  What sort of products or services are generally called for (obviously this will vary widely even within a given industry).

Finally, find a sample CFP/RFP in your field.  Ideally, it should be a real one (it could be expired or old) so that you're modeling from a real case.   You will write a proposal to answer the CFP that you found.

Every proposal will be different, of course, but my expectations across the board are:

- 5 pages minimum (8-12 is probably more typical)

- It should include the following sections:

     - Introduction

     - Plan of Action

     - Costs/Expenses

     - Qualfications

     - Conclusion

- Graphics

- Citations for sources
