You have to choose 2 articles related to TQM in the bank department and We have chosen RBC. Then you have to write a 200 words literature review for those 2 articles. Then you have to make appendices. We can add survey design and tables in the appendices by taking ideas from the articles or anything you wan to add. I will send the articles selected by the students and their work as well.
