Operational Excellence -

Question:

In discussing Organizational Excellence, let's start with an analysis of your organization or one with which you are familiar. Take the Organizational Diagnosis Questionnaire that is found above. Provide a detailed analysis of what is working and what is not working.

Your primary response is due by the end of Week 5. It should be at least 300 words in length and you must extensively cite lessons from the class text, both as references at the end and as corresponding in-text citations (formatted according to APA standards). Then, by the end of Week 6, respond substantively to at least two postings from your classmates. Each response to a classmate should be at least 150 words in length (citations are not required for classmate responses).
