 Using the publicly available sources, i.e. the Internet, research the  Saturn (the GM car company) story from the beginning till the end. What  led/motivated GM to start Saturn; how did the company evolve; what were  the key successes/achievements and the major disappointments/challenges  (in general and vs. the competition); etc.? As you do the investigation  consider their product and service strategy, product and service  definition and innovation, managing quality, manufacturing strategy and  innovation, customer satisfaction, supply chain management, inventory  management, and any other aspects of their operation that you consider  to be important.
