op-ed assignment

 Write an op-ed using the ten steps.

Length: 400-750 words. Include word count at the top.

Remember to include three key messages that are specific and one sentence each at the top.

You can use any of the topics we discussed in class. You can write in your own voice, or in the voice of someone else with a professional or personal interest in the topic.

Remember to appeal to both the intellectual and the emotional side of the reader's brain.

As always, make sure your writing is clear, concise and persuasive.
