Organizations have various motivation sources or streams to reward managers. Are you motivated by money or purpose? Do you think being rewarded for doing a good job in your organization is a deal-breaker? Should managers and employees be rewarded? Supply supporting documentation with strengths and weaknesses and professional experiences to support your responses. 

You are to prepare a PowerPoint presentation, and it should include the following:

• Cover Page 
• Introduction      (overview of the paper) 
• Body (discussion      on how the literature relates to your paper) 
• Summary 
• Recommendations 
• Conclusion      (concluding remarks) 
• References (3      recent peer-reviewed scholarly articles) preferably articles from 2017,   2018, and 2019

Include speaker notes for further explanation of each slide. No more than 10–12 slides are necessary. All submissions must be in APA format using Times New Roman and 12-point font.
