Intervention Study Proposal Related to CMS Quality Indicator

Building on the action plan developed in the previous module to meet the CMS Quality Indicator selected.

· What evidence will need to be collected?

· Design a pilot study that could lead to a full intervention study to facilitate the evidence gathering.

· Include the problem being studied, purpose of the study, research question(s), innovation being recommended and strategies to measure its effectiveness.

Submission Instructions:

· The paper is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling.

· The paper should be formatted per current APA and 5-7 pages in length, excluding the title, abstract and references page. Incorporate a minimum of 5 current (published within last five years)  scholarly journal articles or  primary legal sources (statutes, court opinions) within your work.

· This assignment will be assessed through Turnitin.
