Write a 10-page, APA-formatted paper on your experiences in the graduate program at . You must reflect on the following points:

• the nature and extent of your professional growth and development, including the development of your philosophy of education and the components of the graduate program that have been of particular value to your professional growth and development.
• your Practicum observation lessons, including strengths and limitations of each lesson and what was discussed during the post-observation conference with your observing professor, including recommendations for strengthening teaching skills and building positive relationships with children
• the problems facing new teachers (in both general and special education) and kinds of documented supports that have been found to help new teachers effectively respond to such problems. This section must rely on at least five articles from scholarly journals as references.
