PsychwizDo you think as a society we have become immune to auto recalls (non value added work) because it is expected. Most people do not buy a new model car the first year it becomes available for that simple reason. The automobile and cell phone industries lose revenue year over year due to non value added work, ie. software update to correct a previous software update. Your thoughts 40 words
