 Read the Harvard Business Review article titled " How Netflix Expanded to 190 Countries in 7 Years" and prepare a two-three pages report on Netflix's international expansion and growth strategy. I expect you to use the knowledge you learned from the materials we discussed thus far, especially chapter 6 (how to compete in international markets) and other concepts we discussed in class from the book such as how to create value and therefore create and sustain a competitive advantage.
