Needing help!

Hello, 

I have an assignment due tomorrow, Monday by 3pm CST that I need done.  The class is Leveraging Informatics in the Health Sector (MHA/507).  The assignment is attached.  I have attached the websites to choose from in a separate attachment.  I am wanting the graph or chart as well.  He is VERY strict on plagarism, references and citations.  He will run the paper through SafeAssign to check for plagarism.  PLEASE do not accept this assignment if you cannot meet the deadline.  The last two assignments I have posted here have been late.  Thank you in advance.
