• Provide a short quote that illustrates Don Quixote's obsession with chivalric ideals. Why is the story of Don Quixote’s obsession with the chivalric ideals of a former age so enduring? Can you relate to his nostalgia for a way of life that is gone? Provide an example from popular culture or from your own experience of how people attempt to live out an ideal that is outdated and no longer in vogue.
   
• Though his direction is obscured, Don Quixote does portray some leadership abilities. Describe an example of one of these, using quotes from the literature. As in business, many leaders have a business plan in mind, but that plan is often unsound, resulting in failure.
