This paper must be in APA FORMAT. Must be 3-5 pages not including the title page and reference page. Must have cited material and reference page. Must have headings within the paper to ensure understanding and smooth transition. Identify a program to evaluate related to your professional practice. In a 3-5 page paper, provide an overview of the program. Using your readings, identify and discuss key characteristics of the program and the subsequent evaluation that you would conduct (i.e. - formative vs. summative, internal vs. external, etc.). Be sure to conduct a review of similar program evaluations that can be used to inform your evaluation. Use references to support your writing.
