PATH–GOAL AND LEADER–MEMBER EXCHANGE THEORIES

Write a 3–5 page paper that defines and discusses the path–goal theory and leader–member exchange theory. What are the strengths and criticisms of each theory? What are the pillars or models of each theory? Identify and/or provide examples of situations where each theory would apply. Include real life experiences where you have used or witnessed either approach.
