Need help upgrading my resume and need cover letter

I need an excellent writer to enhance my old resume. I also need a cover letter.

THINGS TO ADD

I'm presently in my current job as a business teacher at Pasley High School. I currently teach digital information technology and business entrepreneur principles. I started Aug 2017 and i'm currently still there

I'm a certiport test proctor.

I improved scores over 75 % within the 1st year for Microsoft Office Specialist, photoshop and illustrator.

* Not sure if it's good to add, I started my doctorate in 2015 and we complete the program in 2019.
