need help in eQuest software

im doing a project using chilled beams and dedicated outside air and the cooling source chilled water while the heating source is both boiler and electric baseboards but the thing i dont know how to simulate the building i have the building layout and thermal zoning already but cant do the hvac system part  let me know if anyone can do the simulation
