Need a further breakdown please

I think that my present leadership style is closest to the creative style based on my leadership circle profile. My scores were very high in the areas of relating, self-awareness, authenticity, system awareness, and achieving. I believe that I do have the ability to see the big picture and influence people to get the ideal results. I think I tell the truth regardless of whether it is easy to state or not. I'm aware of my own emotions and the emotions of others. Creative leadership is the ability to create and continue to innovative solutions to problems in the face of change. It refers to people who can still create clarity of purpose for their teams in the face of dramatic change and struggles. I think that this leadership style is closes to my present leadership style although I still believe I have room for improvement based on my leadership profile assessment. On the reactive portion of the circle I did show characteristics of being possibly overly conservative and striving for perfection. These traits might put pressure on my team and slow down the possibility of productive work.  Need a further  support the purpose of our discussions and hopefully extend critical analysis of these concepts
