  Chapter 3: Project 3-1: Charity Event Contacts List  (screen shots)
  Chapter 4: Project 4-1: Home Inventory   (screen shots)
• Include in your PPT, the name of the database that you created and describe any tables and the data fields.  Be able to discuss the purpose and use of your database.  Document the steps needed to create a form in access and do a mock example of your data entry menu (form)?
