Hello all,

I need help with the two files attached.  They both need a response to the topic of the case study described.  I need separate help with each.

The overall prompt was: 

 In your initial post, examine the main problem in the case you chose. Then explain your approach to solving the problem using the skills you have identified in your SWOT analysis.

When responding to your classmates' posts, act as if you are a colleague developing a report for a client. Describe how the outcomes of the problem analysis should be reported and what to include.
