abdomen soft, mild to moderate tenderness at midabdominal palpation, silight guarding and rebound tenderness, No ascites noted. No pulsatile masses, no abdominal bruits ascultated. BS present in all 4 quadraqnts. No hepatosplenomegaly noted. Rectal exam: 1 to 2+ to internal palpation.
Case Study:
Jerome Cauthen, 22 years old, male, c/o abdominal pain thata started 8 hours ago a become little worse in the time. Denies nausea, vomits and diarrhea. Pain no related with food. reports can't keep himself standed, the pain is pushing him to lie down.
Physical exam:
