Now that we have a baseline and a target, we can now do gap analysis. With gap analysis we look at where we are (the baseline or 'as-is' model) and where we want to go (the target or 'to-be' model) and figure out how to get from one to the other.
Take two use cases associated with the company directory process (Search and Update) and present at least two SMART goals for these cases that map directly between the two models.
Submit a 1-2 page gap analysis document including supporting references.
