Write a 3 to 4 page paper on opening a health clinic.  You are hired as the “Manager”.  You report to the three Medical Doctor’s that own the clinic.  You need to review the effectiveness and efficiency of the clinic.  Review and comment on the following areas in your assessment:  departmentalization, delegation of authority, and quality improvement process.  Have some fun with this the script is yours!  Include material from our readings and utilize the university library to research at least 4 current scholarly, peer-reviewed references published within the past 5 years.  Cite all references and utilize APA format.
