The deliverable for this assignment is a one page swimlane diagram for drive-through ordering at a fast food restaurant.
The major activities from the customer’s perspective include:
- Placing an order
- Paying for the order
- Receiving the food
Prepare a swim lane diagram documenting these interactions with the following lanes:
- Customer
- Clerk
- Point-of-sale terminal(e.g. Cash, Credit Card Machine, Apple/Android Pay)
- Kitchen
You may draw the diagram or use a tool of your choice to document the diagram (e.g., creately.com, Google Drawings, PowerPoint, Visio, Draw.IO, Diagramo).
