You are the owner of a bar or one of the growing number of  microbreweries in the Tamp area. You were forcibly shutdown for over two  months due to the pandemic. Since then you have operated at a limited  capacity, shut down again and now are trying to get reopened. There is a  demand for your product, but the restrictions have severely cut into  sales revenues. You have entered the world of loss and you are having  difficulty paying suppliers and even the workers you have retained. You  are contemplating shutting down for good.
