Methodology review assignment!

Review the individual report of your colleague. Read the assigned report thoroughly and write a review.
Reviews should provide constructive comments to the author(s). Please be as specific and as dispassionate as possible in these comments. If there is a fatal flaw in the methodology, or if the research is inadequate, explain your reasoning as clearly as you can so that the author will understand your position even if s/he chooses to reject it. If rewriting could lead to a methodology you would consider acceptable, identify explicitly the kinds of change you think should be made. Suggestions for "pruning" might also be helpful. Please read the report with a view toward providing as much help to the authors as you can.
