Medical Terminology Final Presentation

Topic for presentation 

Alzheimer's sounds like a good topic. Traditionally we look at the disease process and risk factors etc..... I would like you to look a little deeper into this topic and include information on the impact of the family unit and the healthcare system?

For this assignment you will present background on topic in a logical manner, chronologically developing the present illness.  Emphasize how the disease presents, what system/organs are affected, laboratory and diagnostic tests, clinical procedures, how it is treated and diagnosed, prognosis and a discussion about how the disease relates to this course/profession, etc.  Correctly interpret and pronounce terminology, laboratory tests and clinical procedures.
