Mandatory Arrest laws

Make a case for AND against "Mandatory Arrest Laws".  In your reflection, please include concepts like "no drop policy", "dual arrest policy" and "identification of primary aggressor" (as you collect your thoughts, think about "bidirectional abuse" as well).
