Managerial Accounting

 Our focus over the next fifteen weeks will be on managerial accounting. However, there is also financial accounting. For your discussion board post in week one I would like you to discuss the difference between financial and managerial accounting. Are there any regulations/rules that need to be followed under either method. If so what are they? Be sure to cite any sources you use in your post.
