Literature response

 Final Thoughts:

We spent so much time on Fence's it felt like that was the only thing we reviewed for the semester. The questions on Fences were thought provoking. I saw Troy from a different perspective every time I read the play. It's no wonder that August Wilson won the Pulitzer Prize for this work. However, my favorite reading was Everyday Use by Alice Walker. I found it to be interesting, humorous but also serious. It reminded me of the experiences I had with my grandmother when I was younger. I would have never read any of these narratives if not for this class. Thank you for enlightening me.
