Literature paper

 Compare two poems (in attachments bellow) using literary terms focusing on a close reading of both poems. 

Write a 3-4 page essay in which you develop your thesis around your interpretation of a poem or short story we have read in class using two of the following terms: theme, motif, character, imagery, word connotation, symbolism, irony, or tone. This should be a close reading of the text without historical or biographical information about the author. Please ensure you follow guidelines according to MLA style.
